The Arboretum is a smoke free facility. Smoking, including vaping, (the use of electronic cigarettes), is not allowed on the Arboretum grounds

The concert will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.

Is the site handicap accessible?

Is the site handicap accessible?

The site is not ADA compliant, however, there will be a designated area near the stage reserved for people with wheelchairs. That area is just a few feet from a walkway in a grassy area. Handicap parking will be near Picnic Shelter C which is close to the stage area.

Only working dogs (guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities) or working dogs in training are permitted at the Arboretum. Pets are not allowed.

AppleJAM is a fun and friendly event, any child one and older must pay full price to attend.

Bathrooms in the picnic shelter behind the band have running water. Porta Potties located nearby have a handwashing station.

There will be 3 acts and only 1,000 tickets available. 

Can we wander the Arb grounds while at the Festival?

Can we wander the Arb grounds while at the Festival?

No, the Arboretum is closing at 1 p.m. to set up the music festival. The grounds and buildings will be closed during the concert.

No, the venue is open air.

What does BYO seating mean?

What does BYO seating mean?

Please bring a blanket or portable chairs; this seating is on a slightly sloped lawn.

Please do not bring pop-up tents or a cover for seating in order to allow others to view the concert

No. The Arboretum is closing at 1 p.m. to get ready for the music festival.

Concert goers are welcome back at 5 p.m to get ready for the festival.  

When should we get there?

Gatea for the show will open at 5 p.m. You can arrive any time after that. The first act will go on at 7 p.m.

The concert will be near the Margot Picnic Shelters.

Staff will be available to assist with directions if you need any help.
